Gina: Sure would like to see it move above 3.6.... if they submit NDA it should really help given the current interest in biotech... Personally, I am holding ALLP long because the products are very interesting and, as you noted, close to realization... The chart is suggesting recent near term strength that could provide the boost needed to move over resistance...IMO
