Dave, I am not sure that Hanifen was ever at 0.27 for the first quarter even though Zacks may have had that number in their estimates. I have an old estimate by Hanifen dated 12/18/96 that shows their estimate as 0.44 at that time. Then it is easier to understand them going from $1.25 or $1.27, whichever it was, to $1.34 on their annual estimate and then increasing their quarterly estimate by 0.07 also, to 0.51. I haven't figured out how CWEI is going to earn 0.51 in the first quarter, but they know more about it than I do. More power to them. CWEI said they turned their 10-K (EDGARized) in this morning and thought it would show up later today--I am anxious to read it. Buzz
