Here is the actual re-proposed rule. sec.gov The Securities and Exchange Commission is reproposing for comment amendments to Rule 15c2-11 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act). Rule 15c2-11 governs the publication of quotations for securities in a quotation medium other than a national securities exchange or Nasdaq. Also, we are reproposing a companion amendment to relocate in Rule 17a-4 under the Exchange Act the record retention requirement currently contained in Rule 15c2-11. Way to many pages to read today!
