I also have owned this for a few years. I have kept in touch with management all that time. Never sold because I was always told that even though they were not releasing info because of the law suit with DEC, thing were still working. Products were going out the door, revenue was still coming in. Sometimes I'd call their sales line and talk to sales people about what they were selling. They were selling products. I considered there could be 3 sources of these revenues- 1) Operations- Sales of memory products and pre-paid phone cards 2) A settlement with DEC 3) An accounting trick Knowing they had $50MM in revenue BEFORE the problem, they could still be doing $5MM net income. Not that hard. But sure, I'd like to see for sure. Don't forget the additional shares they are issuing are going to purchase additional revenue. Additionally, someone asked about the volume. It is high even for a BB hyped stock. I think some of it has to be coming from the companies and employees they are trying to buy out. Good luck to all. Rick
