William, I spent almost 14 mos. trading otc-bb stocks(quit trading them about 3 mos. ago). The number one thing I learned, when the T/A will not give you the current outstanding, float, restricted, 504's, 505's, etc. run do not walk away from that stock. Because that noise in the background you heard when you talked to the ceo or cfo was not a busy office doing business, it was the printing press cranking out shares & diluting your investment. It will be interesting to see the final act on this one. JC
