GREAT NEWS ! Talked directly with CFO late yesterday.

THE CFO (Doug) has informed me that the seller is GONE. They have totally cleaned up the situation and have taken out his position.

The price is extremely undervalued and should be at a much higher price based on valuations.

Also, there is additional major financing on the way to support major surge in new subscriber base with a major backlog for new installations.. The subscriber base is INCREASING everyday. This company is hot.

There is also some exciting stuff happening regarding MDU possibly working in harmony with the big cable companies because they are such a presence now. This is in negotiations now.

MDU has a lot of programs which will be implemented to market the company. Not just IR.

Doug said, price has gone down due to small profit taking and margin calling at the end of the month. Its like clockwork end of the month selling. Beginning of August should be good.

More great news. MDU will be feature article on 3COM quarterly magazine which will be seen globally. There is also a PR due out very soon involving 3COM.

IMO August will be a fantastic month. We are close to 52 week low in price which is totally undervalued. Great time to average down or get in new.. As we have seen, this stock moves very quickly on little volume.
