I suspect that Mike is getting a Management lesson(s).

1.) You can't rush science.
2.) You can't control outside vendors' schedule or other production commitments.
3.) If you make time line projections based upon what you "expect" from outside vendors ... you may well end up with egg on your face.

That being said, and with time projections being stretched ... I'm very confident Mike and crew and the plant are making every effort to move as quickly as possible.

One thing for sure, the carping that goes on about missed time projections will surely put a cap on future time projections. And I don't think that's all bad.
