To all: The internet stocks went up beyond any reasonable level because there were not many shares available to meet the demand that came with the popularity of the net. There have since been numerous IPO's so the demand was met and most internets have sold off.
I believe that many of these stocks will sell off more because of the expiration of the lockup agreements with insiders. I'm short TSCM, MKTW, and IVIL.
Does anyone know an easy way to get a list of recent IPO's and the date at which the insiders can bail out?
Usually insiders can sell 180 days after the public offering and EDGAR has the exact information. I wonder if anyone has done the work of compiling a list of these.
Also, does anyone know tha approximate total value of internet shares one year ago as compared to the total value of internet stocks today?
