Djane: wrt new president. Yes I caught that and did not quite get his meaning. He danced around the question a bit and gave a couple of different answers. The last one seemed to imply that the choice was made (the guy who currently has it) but that other reorg changes will result and those are the ones still to be finalized. So, on the one hand, I am not getting my desire of a 'marketing' type coming in from out of house. But there is still hope as the 'other' items alluded to might be the addition of an outsider to handle the marketing. Would mesh nicely with the October push, to announce a major marketing type coming in. Jeff Vayda
