Re ULTC: this in no way bears on the worth of this stock as an investment, but in case anybody cares it might be noted that this company's primary business is in cigars and other tobacco products. That is not made clear in this latest PR -- and I know there are SOME investors who don't like backing tobacco-related companies as a matter of policy. Just FWIW -- but good luck to all who DO decide to invest in it... Vagabond
