Has anyone else held on to their shares or bought and still hold after the IPO? I have spent a bunch of time analysing the prospectus and plan to hold this stock for a while. There is a 180 day lockup period for the insider shares so (unlike a lot of the recent IPOs that had only 30 day periods) there would seem to be plenty of time. I am trying to build an earnings model. Assume a 5% gross margin on revenue collected from the suppliers, no fees collected from buyers, and an 8 billion dollar market to penetrate in US. I am ignoring the international for now. Do these assumptions seem to be OK? Also, I am confused about whether per transaction fees are collected from VWR.
