Well this looks interesting.
\At first I though a another $ losing internet company, but the 400+ employees drove me to dig Further. Am reading the 117 pg. S1 form at sec.gov

Initial Pros - increasing revenues
- Good list of clients
- large number of new ees

Cons - dependence on Intermedia - Who they?
- low rev/employee, but looked like they hired a bunch

Definitely a company to study more.
