Me, I'm stopping in Niagara on the way to Lake Temagami which is an hour out of North Bay.....somewhat up and to the right of Toronto.

Then back down to the Thousand Islands and then home.

I have two sons who are camping in Canada and I go up each year to pick them up.

When are you heading up? I get there right around the start of the Perseid Meteor Showers each year. Sky is terrific. There isn't any electric up there so no light pollution. Plus, we spend each night on a boat that I rent, so all you hear is the occasional fish or moose banging around.
