It's taking a sledgehammer to do it, but everyday brings another 1/16 to 1/8 point hit to IOM, forcing it lower and lower.
This is what happens when investors bail.

The short interest had increased 2,000,000 as of June 15th to 25,326,608, probably somewhere around 27,000,000 today. We can all see the stock holders leaving in droves, ( yea right! )and the story continues, I wonder at what point those short decide to save their butts and head for the exit.
Now a 3.94 point upward swing represents a $100,000,000 loss.
