Convergence: guns + stocks. This thread is about guns. This site is about stocks. The shooting involves guns and stocks. I thought that was convergence. Do we need metal detectors in daytrading offices? I'm sure it's a fluke incident, but it is kinda scarey thinking of this kind of thing happening near a market TOP. (And, yes, I know that we don't know that this was related to trading losses, but it's one theory that's been given.) What would have happened in 1929 if we'd had the same widespread distribution of handguns that we have today? Just some thoughts for discussion.
