"Even the best network cannot be implemented economically. Because the moment that people take note of it and react to it, it has already changed the way networks should be built." This argues to continued technological change, innovation, and deployment and thus supports my earlier position. I think we're in agreement. Keep in mind that tomorrows "infrastructures" are a means to an end. That is, the deployment of the portions of the network that move packets are there only as an enabler to sell the services provided by the various carriers. OG
