A typical response by a typical long - ignore the questions and attack the questioner. No answers to *any* of the questions? If you don't know, just say so. It seems that nobody else knows either.

OK, here's a fact: The founder of HITT was convicted of wire fraud and has done time in a Federal prison.

Another fact: The criminal past of the founder of HITT was not disclosed to SCMI shareholders prior to the merger.

Another fact: Two auditors in a row have quit, citing the founder's past criminal history.

And one more: Absent any audited figures, the public has no clue as to the actual financial position of this company.
