Just legalize them and tax them. Make them safer. There is an additive to put in cocaine to stop heart attacks. Scale back heroin toxicity. Act like they are alcohol. This is a very misleading statement. Are you aware that according to stats published by MADD, there were almost 16000 alcohol related traffic fatalities in 1998 just in the U.S. That is sixteen thousand. How can you call that safe? dan
