Dipy if all you are looking for is to break even at 20 7/8 then sell the Feb 20 calls for 2 7/8, which will actually give you a profit of $2 per share if you are assigned, if by Feb SGI is below 20, then your basis will be 18 (lowered by the $2 7/8 premium you received) and we can then listen to you talk about how you want to break even at $18 :)
