The S-1/A. The PCQT offering, which should happen within the next 3-4 weeks, will be the event that fuels the next PQT run. I don't see a lot of risk at these levels. sec.gov Prior to this offering, there has been no public market for our common stock. It is anticipated that the public offering price will be between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The shares of PCQuote.com will be included for quotation in the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "PCQT".
