A colleague who's set up several HYBR sites (using earlier versions) (and suffered some shortcomings) is in test overseas with some NetGame stuff -- including cheap cable modems -- and "impressed."

Not a public company though.

However, worth a read: ngcable.com

Neverthless, some friends expect HYBR to "pop" --- darn if I knew what the patents are ,,, oh well, over to IBM patent site this weekend unless someone be kind enough to tell me :))
