Chart for HOOV looks good. Looks like the base is in the 12s. It's been a long way down from the 30s for this one. QP ends in mid August. HOOV underwriters: The managing underwriters of the offering are J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Lehman Brothers Inc., Volpe Brown Whelan & Company, LLC and Wit Capital Corporation.
