I agree with PR Newswire's policy of attempting to reduce ticker spamming but this is still spam. I ask Jeff (or maybe Brad) about a month ago why this guy is allowed to use SI as a commercial site but I received no answer so I guess they know about him and rules for other people don't apply to him. exchange2000.com
