Zoltan, the numbers I used were a consensus estimate of $1.20 for LU this year, and a consensus estimate of $.74 for CSCO this year. That yields P/Es of 55 and 85 respectively at today's prices. Using your growth estimates we would have PEGs of 2.6 and 3.0 respectively. I don't know why Yahoo's published PEGs are so different (it may have to do with IPR&D write-offs). In any event, the numbers they show for 5 year prospective growth are 22.6% and 29.0% prospectively, which yield 2.43 and 2.93 respectively.
