Outdoor Systems (OSI) was taken out by Infinity. Not a surprising move, one stock which is valued on cash flow takes out another that is valued similarly. Both are empires built on debt, which depend on ever-increasing advertising revenues to finance the previous round of growth. Someday they'll all collapse, but until then approach with caution.
