What was that press release made by Great White yesterday? The audacity of Smith is amazing. "Great White Response to SEC Hearing WACO, Texas, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Great White Marine & Recreation, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JAWS - news) announced today that the SEC requested an immediate hearing, held in Federal Court on July 28, 1999, which produced, in part, the following conclusions: 1. There was no receiver appointed by the court; and 2. The dispute between the SEC and the Company was referred to mediation to occur before the hearing on a request for preliminary injunction. A more extensive press release on the hearing will be forth coming once an order is entered by the Court on yesterday's hearing."
