I am willing to try anything. I always try to try a Chinese restaurant when ever I travel. It is fun to compare the differences in what different parts of the world consider Chinese food. It was tough to get a decent Chinese meal in Europe. I came close in Germany of all places. I am not really a big Italian fan. I like anything that is spicy that includes Thai, Spanish and Mexican if it is made with fresh ingrediants. Any kind of light continental cuisine is alright is always at the top of my hit list too. Greek is OK too.
