It was hard for me to understand from that prospectus (with it being available in certain states) how this would be listed or trade... Taking the best scenerio that it would trade normally... IMG's stake concieveably could be worth some big bucks...but I have really only once had an experience with investing in a private company on the hopes of it going public... Usually I think they would be required to wait before dumping any shares on the market...and sometimes there is a calculation for how their shares would translate to the market... But if IMG turned into a Mutual Fund they would have a decent start with this one...:+) On a serious side this could at some stage be worth some big cash... Kryotech for all their faults in not releasing a IMG product seems otherwise to have their act together... In my opinion.
