I appreciate your response but bear in mind that stock prices have gone up around 60% in the past three years. I imagine housing has gone up at least 20% in the past three years. My guess is that $25M is barely a living wage in the Chicago area and that an xtra $3M is not going to impact your company's profitability, as compared to the raises that your senior brass is probably granting themselves. Seems to me that housing costs will dictate labor increases and housing costs reflect prosperity. This is not the same thing as inflation, and to me raising interest rates makes no sense. This economy will self-correct itself.
