Chuckles, apparently you don't understand...

You're always good for a laugh. You state:
Yahoo was the size of BIGR only a couple of years ago, actually SMALLER than BIGR with only approx. 6 employees.

Actually, Chuckles, Yahoo started in 1995. That was 4 years ago not a couple of years ago as you state. Furthermore, Yahoo went directly to the NASDAQ with an IPO. Yahoo was never listed on the OTCBB and did not come to market as a reverse merger. Please quit comparing apples and oranges. BIGR is nothing like Yahoo. BTW, my guess is that you don't believe me about yahoo, so I would like to offer this little tidbit for you to chew on:

Yippee for Yahoo! IPO Spurs Trading Frenzy as Shares More Than Double
Abstracted from Los Angeles Times 04/13/96

Yahoo!, a company providing software for searching the Internet, went public on April 12 1996. Shares which were offered at $13 were worth $33 on Nasdaq closing after reaching a $43 high. Shares changed hands more than 6 times during the day and at the close, the company had a market value of $848 mil and made the partners, Jerry Yang and David Filo worth $165 mil on paper. The share results have surprised some observers as the company reported a loss of $634,000 on revenues of $1.4 mil for 1995's last nine months. However, to the company's credit, it has benefitted from good public relations and the fact that its name is memorable and so sees its page on the Internet accessed regularly.
