some questions about the cc. Who was speaking? I didn't hear him introduce himself in the playback. Aside from what he said, or avoided saying, there is the matter of how he said it: I was very unimpressed by his speaking ability. Very hesitant and unconfident. Did not leave me with any good feelings about the company. One of the worst cc's I've ever heard.
