Kevin; I think Jerry Keba's earlier post on the trading of late and the churn by the MM's is to account for the volitility. Penny stocks like this don't particularly follow the staid trend in the other markets with large companies and years of performance. These stocks
are speculative by nature and will appreciate as the company grows to become well established with sound fundamentals.

As NPEC and LFNO grow out of the volitile stage and move to the OTC
or the Amex the performance will be the determining factor in the LONG term growth. (only a comment not a prediction)

Look at and chart Homestake, Echo Bay, Barrick and Newmont Mining. You will find that while they typically follow the spot gold price,
the basic fundamentals of these companies are solid and the market knows that they constantly look for new oportunities. Yes, their stock price is sometimes somewhat volitile but that is the norm for the mineral industry.

So while these two companies are in their infant stages and getting established they will be subject to wide swings in the market.
Ever see the Big Board respond to Employment figures or sidehanded remarks by Greenspahn? Ever wonder why the market sees and responds to those factors?? Yes, we all have and why does the market respond that way?? Wish I had the answer!!! Regards, Skip
