Notice to Shareholders- A shareholder lawsuit seeking class action status for the damages suffered by shareholders of record of the time between the fraudulent news release being issued and the time the full financials were released will be filed early next week. For anyone that was a shareholder for those days, it is very important to keep you trade confirmations if you wish to be part of the class.
