I don't know what the law is concerning annual meetings, but I know ABMI has occasionally held theirs in October or November. But Steve Rash DID say that the meeting date would be set over a month ago. I agree with you, dollarone. Either he may be awaiting some more good news prior to setting the meeting, or else we may just never hear from him again. Obviously, since I'm still long, I hope it's not the latter, and I honestly don't think it will be -- Rash has at least finally demonstrated that he can do deals, although not with the big boys. But then again, this stock isn't at 12 cents for nothing, so it's still a gamble.

There were some posts at Raging Bull the other day implying that Bockler is still alive and well and giving interviews. Also some talk about a stent deal. Well, we're going to need some more cash pretty soon, so a deal like that would sure be good news. And hopefully it will be for a FAIR price this time, like a few million bucks.

Another 45,000 shares at the bid with NONE at the ask. Can't Bockler or Rash get ANYONE to buy this stock? At this rate, it's just a matter of time before the bid gets pushed lower again.

But hey, ABMI was my best performing stock this week!

BTW, dollarone or anybody else, can you recommend a good online brokerage for someone who trades small dollar amounts and not very frequently? Don't need research or anything fancy at all, just cheap commissions. Thanks.
