James, hello

I don't think you're missing anything (though I'm not omniscient). I've dipped a toe in and placed an order for an additional whack at 17-1/2, just in case. The stock looks like a solid performer to me, too.

Lots of folks jumping off into the boutique E&P's these days, I guess they're good for a quickie but I wouldn't touch many of 'em, myself. Kind of like watching sausage get made, I guess. Apache and Anadarko are good bets, Meridian and Chesapeake, Union Pacific, etc., are a slightly more risky but still attractive. Miller and Petroglyph, and others of their ilk - well.....too rich for my blood.
