and will be getting 2 shares of BGIX for each 1 share of IVTX/THCL

LETS SAY I HAVE A 1000 SHARES OF IVTX THEN THE MATH WILL BE:

1000 X 20 = 20,000+ THE 2:1 20,000 X 2 = 40,000 SHARES..........RIGHT.
