The record date has passed, but not the x-date, or the date of the actual spin off. The talk was that only those who held the stock as of the record date would receive the spin off. The way the stock is behaving it certainly seems that that is true. It sold off immediately the days after the record date. If BNEZ becomes reporting, we will be able to decide for ourselves the value of the company. BNEZ will never become reporting. This is purely based on instinct- no facts. BNEZ is doing everything possible to keep a low profile, we will never know all the games that they have been playing and why. We will never know what was inside the "mystery" box, I'm convinced they dont want us to know. Will BNEZ get sold or just go to the pinks? I have no idea. PMA might actually have more worth as the market is seeming to get rougher and rougher and fundamentals start to matter again. The possibility of BNEZ simply folding up shop worthless is not at all out of the question in my mind. Eric
