Talk about painting the tape- what the hell is up with AOL? The last actual trades were all at 95 1/8th or so when the market closed, but 1000 shares blow through at 97 after 4:30 and suddenly its now closing at 97 1/2 ?? Cramer mentioned this kind of crap happened with Citibank recently. As I recall, the firm involved with that tape painting was just fined pretty stiffly by the SEC. Guess the fines are outweighed by the billions in PROFIT you can make by breaking the rules!
