US: The constructive trust awarded in arbitration over the Sheep Mountain Partnership (SMP), does include uranium supply contracts with three CIS countries, a federal court has ruled. The court ruled that Nukem had not satisfied all components of the 1996 award to US Energy/Crested Corp (USECC), and that Nukem's uranium contracts with Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan and Uzbekistan were included as Nukem had used SMP contracts in obtaining them. USECC now expects 'that Nukem will fully account to USECC' for all the relevant profits since 1992. (FreshFUEL, 26 July, p3)
