Your point about iced-over lakes did not penatrate either! This is so funny, reading all his anti-preparation schemes, to avoid rational preparation- why would anyone take the risk of the points I mentioned in my post #7427, as well as other risk factors I did not mention, instead of simply filling up a number of proper barrels at home in December? As far as his advice about using bleach to put in water, I think I may have seen a warning label on Chlorox bottles or literature to not mix with water to drink. Do you recall that? Maybe I will contact them to ask them. In any case, why not use a good filtration system? The High Priest of Anti-preparation, of course, would NEVER recommend THAT! That would be proper, logical preparaton!
