The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing a letter of intent
between the company and Tri-Valley Oil and Gas Company whereby the company
can earn a 5-per-cent interest in the EKHO project, in Kern County, Calif.
Consideration is $450,000 (U.S.) in participation costs paid within 21 days
from the date the parties enter into a participating agreement.
