Aronowicz 300,000 Chet Idziszek 100,000 ROTD Corporation (John Nugent)100,000 James Geoffrey Kane 75,000 Commission: 7.5% payable to CIBC Wood Gundy Securities These securities have not yet been issued, but there may be additional conditions precedent to closing. The Company shall issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly.
