everything is verified.. best to go back and read the DRGI thread. i think you'll see as lance b states.. everything is as it should be... investors misconstrued information and they didn't do a good job of clarifying what they meant in the PR.. but company obviously had nothing to gain by putting out the audited financials if they were trying to run a smoke screen on us.. if lance is right and they merger or put out a big contract early next week then people are gonna kick themselves for selling at .12 or .13 especially if they took a loss time to go back and look at what you're getting for 12cents.. after all.. it's a penny stock and at .12 you're obviously recognizing they've had problems are are ready to turn things around.. over $5million freed up in their Ch11 ordeal.. and they were honest about selling stock to finance new deals.. they didn't hide that either.. Gabard...we've been around awhile.. you longer than me... how many companies you know of are honest about this kind of thing and DONT hide it... not many ; maybe they could have handled it better.. but this is no scam. Smart money will be coming back in on monday. jim
