RE: KNOWLEDGE AND CHECKFREE,ETC, CONTD.Isn't knowledge of the terms of the Intuit/Checkfree litigation important? Why are the terms of the litigation sealed? Who wanted the terms sealed? Do shareholders have a right to disclosure and if so,when? A Yahoo entry(7822)refers to failures of innovative companies by 'fast closing deep pocketed competitors that beat innovators unwilling to cede control' Could CKFR be in the overtaken category?
