Dave,

I'm getting more and more convinced that something stinks here. You're right, it doesn't make sense based upon what we know -- so this decline is obviously based on something we don't know that others do.

Either Amati's management is the most underrated and brilliant team in history, or they're a bunch of idiots that haven't got a clue about what it takes to build and promote a successful start-up. I'm beginning to think it's the later. Not only does their PR stink (WSTL and Glopespam are continually stealing their thunder) but they also refuse to level with their own stockholders. Something is wrong here. We can't find out what's going on with the company that **we** own.

They don't return phone calls. It's impossible to get any information out of them. The only one they'll talk to is Pat. I've been heavily invested in this company since last May and followed it every day since then. I'm getting sick and tired of the runaround we're getting. It's about time that we all demand that they start acting like what they are -- they're our hired employees and they damned well better start acting like it. If they don't, we should throw the whole damned lot of them out and find some people that understand that their job -- their only job -- is to increase shareholder value. It seems that so far they're content to take the stock that they own and cash out. That's total bullshit. OUR share, that we bought go down down down and they sell theirs when the marketplace needs for them to show some confidence? What kind of crap is that?

I've ranted enough about this (for now) but believe me, if they don't do something to turn this around soon, I, for one, will be looking for for a good law firm to see about putting together a class-action lawsuit on behalf of the thousands of shareholders that are getting screwed.
