O.K sir, if your so smart you would be crying foul as well. It was most likely you who said somewhere on this board today that this company has plenty of cash to work with. Plenty of cash?? they show $2,000 in a cash position right now, and if i remember correctly they have another checking account on the liability side of the balance sheet that has a -$12,000 balance. And smart guy, a conversion of a debt into a convertable security can not be booked as income (as it said in the news release). it can be booked only as an extrordinary gain. You have been scammed and you dont care. Good luck-you obviously need it.
