No rumor, the fact is the OTCBB listed us on the deletion report for noncompliance today because their system did not pick up todays EDGAR filing. The daily list is updated by EDGAR for compliance issues and was printed prior to the 10sbga amendment listing on EDGAR from AIMH. After everyone saw the EDAGAR compliance they started to buy back or the MM's did along with myself and some others. The OTCBB has updated us to fully complied and reporting so were in business to pursue the more import matters selling some damn suspensions at our new facility which will be open on the 2nd. Ugly day but the rewards would not be as sweet if a little bitterness did not accompany the journey, I agree total BS. Hope that helped , Oldschool out.
