Any comments on the latest acquisition by VECO? Looks like a good fit to me. I've been wondering why that hadn't done any yet, and figured that with the semis taking off they had missed the boat. On the other hand with the disk sector still in the dumps, I guess now is a good time to improve their position in the disk sector. In the past they have been very wise about their acquisitions, and have done a fantastic job of integrating the acquired companies into the whole. I don't expect this time to be any different. Carl
