I use both. For TA, I like IQ charts better, although q charts has improved significantly as of the most recent release. Q charts is great for real-time streaming data, watch lists, etc. Since I use the candlestick charts in real-time, I can just click on a ticker that looks interesting and bring it right up on the chart. I would pick Q charts for real-time daytrading. For position or long-term trading and more technical analysis, IQ charts is better.
