Don't forget Lucent's recent Acq. and it will sink into the investor pretty soon that JNPR can't maintain these growth rates and more importantly profitability ?????? Another point when the valuations are so rich it's tough for anybody to look at JNPR and likes as potential takeover targets, especially when they also have to absorb negative balance sheet !!!!!! Takeovers are mainly done for technology and market share and unless JNPR demonstrates that they have the technology and are able to execute the business plan to establish a significant market share, it will be a choppy road.
